Recommend it for families, with some hiccups
The staff was incredibly friendly, went out of their way to help us when we had an issue with our room. I mean, they really cared, even offered us snacks while we waited. Also, the amenities whether it was the pool or the breakfast, it sure felt like we got more than we paid for.

The city view from our room was stunning during the day. Additionally the staff were accommodating when we expressed our dissatisfaction.
The noise from the train station made it difficult to sleep.

Oh man, the seasonal salads were a real treat—so fresh and vibrant! Plus, the close proximity to metro lines for quick access to Lisbon’s culinary scene was a definite highlight. Spacious public areas made me feel right at home, too.
But honestly, the dining experience left a lot to be desired. the food was almost inedible. And I had a cheeky little sink issue in the bathroom—cracked and not even usable. The staff checked it out but didn’t offer a fix.

The hotel was clean with comfy beds and a lively lobby atmosphere, making it a decent choice for a group. Service was mixed. while some staff were friendly, others fell short, especially during breakfast, which could be improved. The pool was disappointing due to cleanliness issues.

During my stay, I appreciated the clean and spacious rooms, which helped make my experience comfortable. However, the dining options could significantly improve, as the breakfast quality was not up to par and could use more variety. The staff were generally helpful, but I encountered issues with the elevators, leading to longer wait times for guests.

The Executive Twin Room was comfy and clean. The beds were really nice, and the storage space was a plus. The windows did a great job at muffling outside noise, so I could sleep well. The air conditioning worked alright, but it might've been a bit centralized for my taste. Overall, I felt comfortable during my stay.
